Extreme mode primals ilvl 90 weapons

So I just wanna check with you here on this forum, if I heard right about the extreme mode primals...

As I understood, you will be able to start doing them (at least the first one) when you have full DL and Relic weapon (not necessary +1). Did I get that right ?

And I heard them saying that they drop ilvl 90 weapons, was the even the easiest one ?

What I'm getting at, is that maybe I shouldn't waste 900 myth tomes on relic +1 weapon when I can get those weapons, and spend the myth tomes on better armor...

It would be fine if Yoshi didn't get rid of "worthelss" stats like enmity, or enhancing job abilities which would make Relic+1 (or higher if upgrades later) the better choice in the long run.

But isnt this a normal way for an MMO that you will get better gear in new content?

I dont want to run 1, 2, 3 years with the same gear! Its crapy GW2 style were you get your endgame gear with reaching the max. lvl. --- boooring!

I want to hunt new gear all time and want to have a goal to clear the end content and acutal content with new patches to get better gear, to raise my stats, to get better!
Having relic +1 is a normal way to beat Coil and than with relic +1 i go to Primae extreme mode. And i bet people without minimum relic +1 wont find a extreme mode group!

For me its the normal way, having the goal getting relic +1 and than the goal to beat Twintania. With Patch 2.1 i have a new goal, killing primae extreme modes and if its necessary to have at least relic +1 than i have it already! If i need a better weapon i will have the goal to get it.

Its not like getting myth tomes is unlimited. I wouldnt have +1 my relic and invested in af+1. I +1 relic for 3 jobs. So yes its alot of myth tomes I have wasted.

even if the iLvl is 90, don't mean they are powerful as relic +1. If you want to be sure, keep the points for now

If you read up on it, you will see that you need to kill all 3 EM primals to receive the weapon reward.

He said you'd get a relic after beating all three. My impression is that it's a quest chain reward, though it hasn't been confirmed how it would be implemented or if they drop ilvl 90 gear individually as well.
All we know for sure is that you get a 90 weapon from beating all three. Even that is a little vague and up for misinterpretation.

Which can also be replaced in coil...
EDIT: Well, not replaced (that depends on your Job's BiS) per se but you can get the same level gear just like the weapon. Nothing bought with myth is higher item level than what you can get in Coil.
You can get a 90 weapon from Extreme Primals, you can get 90 chest from Coil.

if it's anything like the current primal fights, you're better off spending 900 mythos than praying for a PUG to suceed AND get your drop AND win the lot (if you compete )

To my understanding (correct me if I'm wrong) but they do NOT drop weapons. However you need to kill all THREE primals on extreme mode to get the il90 weapon as a item REWARD (from a quest I assume).
