Complete Shutdown after patch

Whole computer? Does it just switch off dead, or does windows show blue-screen?

Try running other stressful things on it, benchmarks, graphically intense games etc, and see if it also shuts down with those.

It shuts down as if I manually press and hold the power button.
All other games I have are fine (Albeit probably not in the same Ballpark as FFXIV graphiclly speaking), I can play around making new characters and such, but when I log into my character and try do do anything, it shuts down.

If it was my computer I would imagine I would have had some form sign at some point since I started playing. Its only started happening since the latest patch though. (And no, I'm not a computer wiz, I know enough to get me by but assume nothing more than that) XD
