Why does no one complain about Summoners?

I know Hawk's Eye is useless, but what else in ARC can be remotely considered useless? Surely not Quelling/Raging Strikes?

I think he means that Surecast is useless, too.

I've only used it a few times seriously. It's only useful if you ever need to hard-cast a rez, or when running to the stack for Fireball(twintania),
