Single Mob Fights

With the initial direction of the game group fights have been the primary focus with leves and behests and so on, I personally find group battles to be less enjoyable than single target fights and cause more problems for development than is necessary.

Rather than removing this part of the game as it would require too much work, perhaps focusing on future content to be more single mob oriented would be a better approach, at the moment group leves are just a large clustered zerg of bodies and targets everywhere with people simply spamming AoEs and hitting whatever they can target.

Chances are this post won't be noticed but I think this would be a better direction to go with the game as it is undergoing many changes now and can put right past errors.

It would be nice if they managed to get group battle to flow at an enjoyable pace, since thats what FF is about, group vs group. Even as a single character in an FF game, you'd encounter multiple enemies at once...unless the enemy was very big. I expect after the new battle system and total revamp of all things involved with characters fighting enemies, group combat should be a bit more enjoyable.

Perhaps the new battle system changes and abilities will make this better for group/solo play. Just have to wait and see. But I agree you can just throw any group of people together right now and spam moves to win any leve atm which is kind of lame.
