New Skill Disappears After Game Freeze

STEPS
1. I installed FFXIV Realm Reborn on a SECOND PS3 (my boyfriend’s) on November 22, 2013 around 7pm only to realize I needed to copy my FFXIV character data into it in order to have the same settings.
2. I went back to my MAIN PS3 to copy data (both character profile and system data) onto USB.
3. Then I copied the files onto the SECOND PS3 and played around 11:30pm until 1am.
4. Following day on November 23rd (still on SECOND PS3), I completed Level 40 Dragoon on “Unfading Skies” quest and learned Spineshatter Dive around 7-8pm.
5. I tried my new skill on 2 Bateleurs at Whitebrim (X:18 Y:17) and most definitely liked it.
6. I then returned to Dicasterial Observatorium of Aetherial and Astrological Phenomena and was about to leave town to head to North Shroud but then the game freezes (X:24 Y:28).
7. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I decided to reset the PS3.
8. *ISSUE* When I logged back on, I was at the same spot when the game froze (Dicasterial Observatorium of Aetherial and Astrological Phenomena X:24 Y:28) and everything was the same except my new skill (Spineshatter Dive) was missing on the hotbar.
9. I went to Menu> Actions & Traits> Action to manually put it back on my hotbar but it’s not there.
10. So I went to Alberic to see if I may need to restart the quest but it’s already set for Dragoon Level 45 quest “Double Dragoon.”
11. Once again I reset my PS3 but its still not there.
12. On November 25 I reached level 42 on my MAIN PS3 and learned Doom Spike; thinking that perhaps my missing skill will show up when I learn a new skill but it’s still not there.

ADDITION
I also noticed my other Dragoon skills Jump and Elusive Jump are also not in Menu> Actions & Traits> Action on both PS3s.

Dumb question, but, do you have your dragoon's soul equipped? <.<

I believe this is your issue.

Since all those abilities are Dragoon abilities they are found in Menu> Actions & Traits> Job. The abilities in Menu> Actions & Traits> Action are Lancer abilities only, not Dragoon ones.
