[Discussion] Possible language barrier in Crystal Tower?

As we all know, Crystal Tower is made up of 24 people (3 Full Parties).

While it is an exciting feat, there's a possibility of Language Barrier in communicating between parties esp. to those players who play in JP servers.

Crystal Tower has Raid Finder written all over it. Im thinking that the majority of the fights will just be zerg fests with mechanics that only need to be followed if its got anything to do with 1 shotting a tank. I dont think you are going to need to communicate anything to anyone. Just pwn stuff in the face and kill it before it kills you

I have yet to find any links/video regarding it, so I can't really tell if it's just like CM wherein you can YOLO inside.

Duty finder has separate servers for Japan and NA. In fact I believe there are 3 separate df data centers based on regions. I'm not sure why that wouldn't apply to CT also.

While it is true that DF has separate servers for JP and NA/EU, the players within it aren't.

i.e Tonberry (JP Server) is most likely an unofficial server for Oceanic people, while it is grouped with another JP Server, let's say Tiamat (just an example) that's filled with JP people, the language barrier will be present when two players from different server registered in Duty Finder.

While there is an option in Duty Finder to only select English players, it seems that it doesn't work perfectly, as you'd need around 1-2 hours queue time if you only select English Language in a JP Server.

You mean players that choose to play on foreign servers? I assume if they do so they feel comfortable with the language. I have never found anyone through the NA df that could not understand English.

Yes, players who chose to play on Datacenters that is near to their country.

I for one being a SEA player, I chose to play in JP servers, as the latency is only minimal there.

none of the other dungeons require any communication, and for the most part, have none. Lucky to see someone say hi at the start and 'bb' (not even bye o.o) at the end.

You mean players who play on the servers near them instead of the opposite side of the world? I don't speak Japanese even though I'm an hour flight from Japan.
