Duty finder has separate servers for Japan and NA. In fact I believe there are 3 separate df data centers based on regions. I'm not sure why that wouldn't apply to CT also.

While it is true that DF has separate servers for JP and NA/EU, the players within it aren't.

i.e Tonberry (JP Server) is most likely an unofficial server for Oceanic people, while it is grouped with another JP Server, let's say Tiamat (just an example) that's filled with JP people, the language barrier will be present when two players from different server registered in Duty Finder.

While there is an option in Duty Finder to only select English players, it seems that it doesn't work perfectly, as you'd need around 1-2 hours queue time if you only select English Language in a JP Server.
