They can try to 3 man it if they want but it will still take them longer, don't drop group, that's usually what they want, do it thier way or leave. If they're being jerks to get what they want just waste a bit of your own time and go do something else.
this is exactly what i do, if i join a group that is acting like douchebags i will just afk or leave. i main a healer so my queue times rarely exceed 10 minutes and i usually have time to burn if im going into a DF instance. go ahead act like tools, good groups are a dime a dozen for competent healers and i can find a new one before they have even had time to wipe the spittle from their mouths.
