I'm just going to go ahead and chime in here that I don't much like you as a player. If I were in your group, I'd most likely let you go boom. Especially if you're antagonizing the tank with your antics. The only people who get to decide if we can have 2-5 groups in a pull is the tank who has to manage the group and the healer who has to heal through (and perhaps DPS down) the pull. And if a player is going to try to make that decision for me, I will just just grab 10 more packs of mobs, run them to your AOE spam, and shroud out and giggle. Sometimes, wipes can be fun.

I dont care if you dont like me. I dont even know you lol. I also dont care how the hell you do your runs either. Another cry baby boo hoo, pulling to birds is too much much for me. 90% of the time I AM the tank when I que for WP. I only go blm to blow stuff up for fun when I get sick of tanking.

You missed the symbolism of my point. I don't matter, but I represent a demographic of people who your attitude tries to alienate. I never said anything about not being able to handle whatever. Most of the time, it's people like me who make people like you even stand a chance at being the kind of player you are. People like me enjoy trying to see if we can save the day--is why I play a healer. But if I don't like your attitude, I will corrupt your good time. That's all. Carry on

Probably because you have a decent Tank who understands his role is to protect the team regardless if their team mates are not looking out for them...

Whats the deal with that one guy always trying to force a speed run in WP DF run, don't they know its better to form a group of EXPed players to pull it off perfectly?

When I say I don't do SRs in DF there is a reason for it, and its most likely that the other players are under geared. You can still clear it in 20-25(maybe a little shorter?) minutes provided there are no wipes and people keep up with my steady pace that I'm comfortable with. If I wanted a speed run I would have asked for one in Mor Dhona.

I would like to thank those that tried to force this SR then quit and shortened my DF queue. I am actually the one who got the join in progress for this very run. Lol small world.

For speed runs, I normally run with a premade. If I DF on my PLD, I check to see the gear of the group and class composition. If conditions appear to be good I'll attempt a speed run (and if not, I opt for a normal run). If it looks like the healer is struggling, I slow it down (or if someone asks to slow down). If I DF as my BLM, I let the tank set the pace just because that's the polite thing to do.

I don't like pushy DPS or healers. And no one should be expecting speed runs in a DF group to begin with. More often than not, the DF pugs I come across are geared just enough for the dungeon and not for much more than that (there are exceptions, ofc). And to expect them to do speed runs is ridiculous. I do firmly believe that if you want a speed run you should make a pre-made group.

Do you ask if a SR is ok? if not then that is not cool. I am a relic +1 WHM in materia'd 2star HQ crafted gear and accessories and will not Run a SR in a DF period. thats not what i DF for. Like many have said, if you want a SR, go to Mor Dhona and shout for one, do not put stress on people that could not care less if the run takes a few extra minutes.

I never said I forced it. I tell the group before I even start if the pace is too fast to just speak up and let me know and I'll slow it down. I think you need to re-read my post.

From what i have read, it is stated that you check to see if the conditions suit you to do a SR and if someone struggles then you slow down...but i can go grab a dictionary and double check if some definitions have been changed
