Will we be getting larger raid tiers?

it was to my understanding that The Binding Coil of Bahamut isnt even complete. We have "5" turns right now, 4 bosses, but i dont think that is the end of Coil. I always thought that coil would probably gain another 5-6 turns/bosses before it was complete

Correct. I believe it was stated in the last live letter that BCoB would receive more turns in 2.2, with more floors added to Crystal Tower in 2.3, and so on back and fourth like that.

We know coil is getting 5 more turns in 2.2, one of those turns however could turn out to be another turn 3 though. The OP isn't asking for more turns eventually as it is guaranteed there will be more, what they are asking for is more than 4-5 bosses to last players 6 months until the next set of turns comes out.

Before people come here and say it, more bosses in CT every 3 months will not cut it for those doing coil and progressing for the 3 months before. It's clear they want CT to be a step below coil in progression each time they add more on to it, which means for the people doing coil and getting gear that is better than what can be gotten out of CT that CT becomes wasted content that will only gear alts.. It would be nice getting more than 4-5 bosses on a 6 months basis when it's only 5 turns being added.

dear god i hope not.

i would rather have to do a 30 minute gauntlet of 4 turn 2s in a row than have another mid-raid intermission.
