Just add the functionality to retainers. You summon your retainer at a Bell, add an item to a new section, let's call it 'Delivery'. You type in the name of the person to send it to, and off it goes. how they solve it i think nobody really cares. The retainer idea people mentioned often and i think that would work pretty well and fit into the current system. But the devs answer dindt even make me lol anymore... rather cry...
This wasnt but a poor dev answer... it was... "facepalm" answer
