But don't you really think that it is a really risky prospect just to get that LB. I meant even by using the DPS throttle you are killing it around 11 minutes 30 seconds range if you manage to handle 4 hit Fireballs Conflagration, which in itself I do believe is sort of a DPS/Enrage timer check. Going all those measure just for something like a Speed Kill is fine, but for normal weekly clears wouldn't it be better to just stick to being safe and steady?

The OT in Str Accessories in Sword Oath vs a MT in Vit Accessories Shield Oath DPS throttle always happen no matter what. However, this could be a neat trick under the sleeves to cause a LB 3 raise if you have someone capable of activating in during a certain wipe.

It's not really hard to time right if you get used to it. Very first Death Sentence you just don't use any mitigating skills,no Stoneskin/Adlo from the healer or Regen. And at 70%ish castbar you hit HG. Death Sentence hits and you are invincible right after. On the snake I agree there it is really risky and hard to time so like I said, we decide that on the fly depending on the situation.

It's more than likely an unintended flaw that they may patch depending on if it is really annoying to fix.

Cool trick and thanks for sharing. It'll be a nice crutch for mine and most group to lean on to push past snake phase safely and get more practice on the final 2 phases. At least now people in my group won't have to be bored to tears and lose focus from LB farming.

Lastly, while this method to raise LB sound like somewhat of an exploit, I believe that it's fair use of the LB system since the game supposedly reward you more for tanking at critical HP level. Both warrior and pally benefit from this condition (warrior might even get more LB since their HP dips so much often lol) and by 2.1 I can see how holmgang can be worked in early game to build a fair amount of LB.

False. I've personally read multiple posts here and on reddit that said warriors couldn't do it. It's improved over the last month as more and more warriors are getting the gear required, but there did indeed exist a time where people said warriors couldn't do it.

Always fun to see 2 warriors tanking it(especially cos i'm rerolling to one next patch yay). To the previous posters - who are clearly better than the rest of the tanking population - why don't you just do the snake phase with 2 bars of lb? Why do people have to make encounters so finnicky and annoying by doing unnecessary shit? If you really need to just bring potions so you don't have to rely on LB3 during that phase.
