Lodestone Character profile issues

I have been having this issue since early access until now and I addressed this in a post before but decided to drop the topic since there weren't many comments, however it is still somewhat bothersome as I cannot change my character profile details at all. Every time I try to update my character profile on my lodestone and confirm, it seems as though there is no response as though the confirm button is broken. Someone made a post previously that after clicking multiple times, it seemed to work but that is not the case for me. If I click cancel however, it takes me back to my character information. I'm not quite sure what this issue is but I would really appreciate a solution to this!

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
