Hmmm..First thing to note is that 6 Conflags is a bit much imho.
Here is what we do, at the seocnd conflag we use one major buff, Raging Strike for us mages & bards for example. At the 4th Conflag we use secondry buffs, for us mages that would be Mega Int HQ potions. At this stage she should be at like 55% health give or take so we stop all DPS until she does the 5th Conflag then go insane on her to finish the last bit before Dive phase starts.
For the rotation, it is just normal stuff but I do my best to save Firestarter and Thundercloud for the conflag. You can time it to be very precise, there is not enough time for a proper rotation so burst is what you want and firestarter procs are your best bet.
If your party are using potions, food and buffs in synergy you should not be going as far as 6 conflags. I'm not saying it is not doable I just think it is a lot of stress.
Edit: Conflag is very predictable so making sure you are under Astral Fire III, have enough mana and a firestarte proc ready to be fired is not hard. Instead of a rotation I would aim for that, my opinion anyway ^^.

Most people probably don't have the gear you have Neo
wot? how do you know what gear I have?
Anyway, I used to do it in crafted HQ gear due to Acc issues, so I know it is more of team efforts than just gear. You may be right though, our MNK was almost full ilvl90 when we first tried her.

You can search people on the loadstone.
If i remember right you were only missing legs and belt from being full i90
One trick for Conflags (and any time burst > sustained damage, such as killing an enemy before your rotation is up) is instead of UI3 Fire III > Fire I, you do UI3 Fire III > Fire III.
If I know a Conflag is coming, I'll get into UI3 beforehand, and depending on your group's DPS, something like UI3 Fire III > UI3 + AH3 Fire III > Swiftcast Fire III or Flare will annihilate the Conflag if everyone else does their part.

Just a quick note, even conflags are not always the short ones. I know this topic isn't about this, but a lot of people seem to think this.
You can get weird timing where the first conflag is short, so they're the odd ones.
Short conflags are the ones where you DON'T have an extra member in the hot tub. When you have 2 people playing footsies in the tub, those are the long ones.
Always be prepared.

Is it not based on Wex stacks? I never faced a fast odd Conflag always even for us. More info would be appreciated ^^.

Yes, it is based on the stacks, but if your timing with Death Sentence is off the first Conflag won't have a fireball to go with it, hence it being a short one.
The reason there's long and short is that the conflag is constantly in flux looking at waxen flesh.
When you soak one in the hot tub, the debuff falls off and the Conflag adjusts to that. When you don't have one to soak, it's the 4 stack duration.
What this means is that at certain DPS thresholds the conflags will be opposite.
What you want to be looking for is the pattern of conflag/fireball each time, not "burn CDs on even."
