    Game crashes on opening movie when minimized

    Frequency: always
    Effect: application crash
    Environment: win7 x64, gtx760

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. run game in a full screen mode
    2. go to main menu screen
    3. minimize game using alt+tab and leave it on task bar.
    4. ensure that opening movie is currently being played.
    5. return to game by maximizing its window back to full screen.
    6. game will crash when trying to switch resolution before displaying anything.

    I know that this will happen when game is playing opening movie because I have set it to play sounds when minimized.

    It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
