level 15 Story Duty Raid - Satasha

Its impossible to get a party for this raid... the Duty status has been going for nearly 45minutes now and still no party...This is the 2nd day I've tried to do this raid. This game is not newbie friendly at all - whoever decided that this raid should be part of the main storyline is a muppet =S I'm never gonna get my mount at this rate >< *sob*

Problem is queueing as DPS takes a long time and always will especially for those lower level dungeons only thing i can really suggest is join a newbie friendly FC or LS and see if someone is willing to help or party with you also sometimes standing outside of the dungeon and shouting for a party will help.

Try and do a call/shout out for help....although high, if I see someone calling for a healer over and over again on low dungeons I offer my help - I know how painfull it can be (levelling my other classes)

I see we are on the same server, so when I am online later (few hours) if you're still struggling - just give me a shout...I can heal and have some Tank friends....we sure can cut your queue time!

I did what you guys said and a within 5mins I got a party with a FC ^^ ty for the advice~

You're better off joining an FC and asking for help in that.

Low participant amounts in low level dungeons is a design flaw right now. People have little to no incentive to join lowbie dungeons even while leveling alts since it's so much faster to just monotonously run from a blue circle on your map to another in a huge death mob. I hope 2.1 actually does enough to get rid of this problem.

It's a nightmare at all levels, IMHO. Earlier this week, after 45 minutes of waiting in the DF queue, I started offering myself to random people in the street.

Didn't work.

I read up on a lot of stuff before i played this game and i saw that was an issue. So i pursued the tank route for my main. It's actually fun to tank too. Last night it was about a 5-10 minute wait. I agree , it shouldn't be a requirement to do the story.

this situation will be alleviated come patch 2.1 on December 17th thanks to the duty roulette that high level players will use to get tomes daily.

45 minutes isn't all that long for a DD. I've had to wait over an hour before getting a spot for some dungeons and i've heard of people waiting a lot longer than me. The trick is to queue for the DF and do something else while you wait, like crafting, gathering or just some other quests. Getting to know people from your server, wether FC or other, also helps out a lot.
