I take it you have not played many mmos in last 5 years free to play or subscription bases. You are right that we got 2.1 and they can and hopefully will fixed the issues. Guilds and players will do stupid things to have fun and test the game out. Yet all those issues are mainstream issues on mmos that have been fixed 3 years ago. You have to have the penalty leaves on timers other wise it will get really bad when everyone starts to DC there game, Just because they do not like there group. 15 minutes not enough. When you get 3 players in a teamspeak group that leaves you hanging. Then they go back in at 15 min to another poor soul.

After you get trolled for a while, you get tired. It's just a game, but it uses people's real time.

While I agree with some suggestions Mindful gave, you can't stop a troll. Putting too many restrictions on the game will only hurt legit players.

Because changing gear only takes one second once you're in a dungeon... Wait, I forgot one second is like the end of the world for some players

Roll a tank. You can carry them through the instance all while they attempt to troll the whole time. It's like dragging a very defiant toddler through a store. They'll bitch and try to make a scene, but you're the parent and you have shit to get done regardless of their terrible attitude. Unless it's a healer. Then you're screwed.

I'm not sure why there isn't a vote kick feature. Assuming the guy initiating the vote doesn't count for voting, for someone to abuse it they have to have 3 out of the 4 members on their side, and if they got that they can already troll you even without a vote kick feature anyway, so the downside for potential abuse is very small.

By the way people have the carrying concept all wrong. If you want to carry a group, you need to be a DPS. Demon Wall is likely the hardest encounter in a DF that people do regularly and neither the tank nor the healer has any meaningful impact. Anataboga and Tonberry King can both be tanked by a trained monkey. Healer and tank simply don't impact a DF as much unless you got one in the 'unbelievably bad' category, and if you're that paranoid you should never queue in the DF in the first place.

Yes I'm well aware of gearsets thanks, except when the DF commence pops up you have (in my experience) approx 2 seconds to hit the button before you lose out and have to wait for another spot....you know, like I already mentioned.
