[dev1018] Is a retainer linkpearl possible?

I am not sure if this has been requested before, but I would love to have a linkpearl from my retainers. It can glow when something sells and give me a way to store price history.

Sounds like a neat idea.
But prices can fluxuate, so i wouldnt need to store my own price history, i just check the search funtion for what i want to sell to see what other people are selling it for.
Just like in FFXI.

Like many of the other posts about retainers, our system is a lot like the AH already. Just a 3D AH, that you get to go into and locate your purchases.

FFXI was the text based AH.
FFXIV is the future! ;p

yeah i would also like having retainer linkpearl obviously to inform me whether item sold and also randomly inform us about random info

Yea, when I think of all the different ways to utilize the retainers and market ward system, I'm happy!

They have levels, so I would say eventually there will be tasks we can set them to do.

Maybe once we get them to a certain level they can roam the city streets and not be condemned to the market. While out of the wards,their items would be unsearchable via the item counter, but once they returned to the wards they could reappear.

Another thing I would like to be able to do is create 'repair kits' to repair certain ranges of ranked gear(ie. 0-10, 11-20, ...) that we can give to our roaming retainers to offer needed repair services to adventurers.

That actually would be very useful. Especially when you have about 30 items you want to sell and can only put 10 up at a time.

This would be a pretty good idea. We would know when to go put a different item on our retainers bazaar.

Also..could add time retainer remains in rented stand to /clock would be nice

I am in favor of a system where you are notified if something is bought or sold from your retainer.

I am strongly against unnecessary items or key-items that are exchanged with/from NPCs.
