Dragoon/Lance Loot

Hey guys. I was wondering if Lancer/Dragoon loot drops in dungeons have a really low drop rate.

Ive run 40+ dungeons in the past few days and only had 1 piece of gear that I can equip drop, while there has been TONS of tank/mage gear.

Is this because Tanks and Healers are higher priority group members and need better gear faster?

Wait till you get to Coils, its raining drg pants and visors for us...... pretty sick of it. We don't even use drg for turn 1-4 and we have 2 guys in nearly all allagan from 1-4 lol Maybe its to compensate for not getting anything prior XD

Just depends, when I went through story I got about 1-2 pieces of gear per dungeon, RNG is RNG.

Wait till you run garuda HM drops a lance 95% of the time i run it.

Actually dragoon loot is very very random, I ran garuda plenty of times and never got my weapon, so I just focused on my relic instead. As for dragoon loot in coil, its very random because i've been doing coil for 2 months and have yet to see any dragoon gear drop. rng is rng sadly I wish it dropped alot for my group.

I have yet to see a visor for my drg in all the coils i do shit never drops -_-

I don't have any of the primal weapons and coil keep dropping caster and healer gears.

Out of the 3 months I've played.. I have only gotten ONE "useful" gear via drops - Allagan Earrings of Maiming which is not what I want but I'm the only mDPS around so I just took it lol..

Well like Viion said wait till Coil, you get your chest and pants off the first boss.

As for lower level items, sadly SE made it so your gear can be needed on my tanks but not you, so if it doesn't drop get ready to be out rolled.

I have collected every Garuda/Titan weapon minus 2 or 3, and the only ones that stood out to me where books drop very often on Garuda and shield/Axe drop frequent on Titan.

I agree with this. 80% of the loot drops for the Ifrit/Garuda I've ran drops books.
