Before I begin, I just want it to be known that I already submitted a Support Ticket about this issue, and for some reason they were unable to check my account to resolve this (Makes NO sense...) and they emailed me saying to post here.

NPC name: Delivery Moogle?
Monster name: N/A
Class/Level: Any Class
Party or solo: Doesn't matter.
In-game time: Any time
Area and coordinates: All Delivery Moogle locations.
Steps:
1. Log in
2. Proceed to Delivery Moogle
3. Check mailbox, no letters containing Veteran Rewards delivered.
4. Log out
5. Log into Online Banking Website
6. Check my account for November Monthly payment - 11/17/2013 (3rd consecutive month paid)
7. Confirm Payment
8. Log into Mog Station
9. Check Service History.
10. Confirm Mog Station's records for monthly payments for Sept (9/17/2013), Oct (10/17/2013).
11. Payment for November is not shown in Mog Station's records of Service History even though Payment was taken on time as shown via Bank records, as well as still being able to log in, access account, and play.
12. Log back into FFXIV:ARR
13. Double check Delivery Moogle
14. Empty Delivery Box
15. File Support Ticket, no success, follow support ticket's instructions to post ere in "In-Game Bugs" Forums.
