90000 error, but for only one character

so i got one account. On sargatanas, i have 2 characters. I tried logging into my usual character, and keep getting 90000 error on loading screen. But i can login with my other character no problems, same server. Any ideas?

This is also linked toward the Unable to update group NA/EU character list as well. I can hop onto the JP servers with no problems, but all of my NA/EU on Goblin and Leviathan is Error 90000

same thing is happening to me!!!!!

cant login to my character at all. i was in WP and got disconected and for the past 2 hours ive been 90k error right after selecting my character, done this 50 times and nothing changes.
