I know this has been posted before, but I feel like it's important enough to warrant more visibility and some discussion in time for 2.1 which is the only time soon in which we can get SE to make gameplay improvements.

As we all know, SMN and SCH have the same stat allocations, so anyone who wants to play both classes has to gimp one or the other. And no, Cleric Stance does not fix this problem at all.

I know that stat allocations are assigned per class so it may a large change to have separate stat allocations for jobs within the current system. However, can't a fix for this be hacked together, for instance, swapping stat allocation for int/mnd depending on which job you are? I really don't want to gimp my main SMN for coil by going 15/15 int/mnd, but I enjoy playing SCH a lot to help out FC mates, random join-in-progresses, etc. The current system defeats the purpose of having one character play all classes because I can't play both classes optimally.
