I'm going to suggest that there be a new base class mystic fencer or something like that with an option of going into a Tank and Dps Job. Red Mage could be either or perhaps we might get Two red mage jobs one built for dps one for tanking. Either way red mage is all over the map, I think the best option would be to give some way to move forward as both DPS(because everyone loves dps) and tanking (Because need more tanks and someone using magic to keep themselves durable while they do fencing works pretty damned well conceptually)
