Mishini~ Your comments are well taken. I was actually directed in my fourth ticket that I should come here and leave feedback and comments. So that is unfortunately my only avenue. I also work in customer support, and I have to deal with the backlash when someone feeds a customer incorrect information. I do understand that, but this issue is so simple in its complexity... that I can't imagine why the first response from customer support is now being completely denied.

Pseudopsia~ I have this sinking suspicion that you are right on this. I'm kind of unhappy about the kind of logistics this will take... Maybe very unhappy.
