Bliz 3 -> fire 3 -> flare -> transp. -> b2 -> b2-> f3->flare -> repeat. is the strongest aoe rot. however it puts you in danger of aoes, so if your in wp pulling pugs and slime, be careful. Doing wp runs this helped speed up time quite a bit. You can also read several of the blm rot. forums that all talk about this rot. and others. 1 target rot ppl argue T2 >T3 just for procing since the DoT is barely a leg up from T2. cast T2 to get T up, use Tstorm on T3. But the argument is that the .5sec cast time extra on T3 isn't worth the Extra 4 sec of T up time, which is an xtra fire/less time casting T/an add. chance of a TS proc. So the argument holds little when looked at with logic, and have yet to find # proving T2>T3. Be aware most rotations assume perfect scenarios ie you will get a Tstarter proc by the time u have to recast T2. If this happens T2 first is stronger is correct. However the very moment T2 doesn't give you a proc during it's 1st cycle, that statement is incorrect.
