    There is never a right or wrong time to make suggestions wether they be a long the lines of Buffs/QoL/Intuitive Play. Making a post before/after proposed patch plans doesn't invalidate/validate them. I am looking forward to the WAR changes in 2.1 and am grateful for them but one patch will not solve everything. The people talking about 'not every ability has to be OP' or 'using AoE on single target & vice versa is something I have no problem overlooking' are poor attitudes towards games like these.

    If you were buying a new car and were given two choices between one with a sound system and one without and the only difference would be you have to ASK for the sound system, what would you do?

    Were not asking SE to put NOS in our car, but it would nice if we had some tunes for the road ahead.

    Fair enough. It honestly doesn't matter either way to me. I just love the animation to the ability, it's my favorite for Warrior. I'd just like it to see more use. I saw Phreak's idea for Steel Cyclone and think it's pretty sick (I missed it somehow).

    Regardless of 'feel' if I can get 20% DR from one ability that happens to be single target, I'm going to use it for AoE situations as well, because the alternative is just a bit of damage and some threat, both of which i already have no problem with. Something needs to be added to Steel Cyclone that isn't just more threat, because quite frankly I'm already drowning in threat and any more at this point is a wasted bonus.

    Giving us the choice between the DR and a heal seems like the best way to go. We can't have both, so it would give a meaningful choice. As it stands I'm only going to use Steel Cyclone for looks in town, because for anything that matters, I'll be using Inner Beast.

    imo I think it should apply fracture on all targets after use so it could be used with blood bath for a bunch of small heals to help keep you up.

    DoT ticks do not trigger Blood Bath healing.

    If I'm correct and I could be wrong as long as bloodbath is activated before you use fracture you get the small heals for each tic.

    Maybe for the DPS version of MRD but as a tank I'm not looking to do extra damage I'm looking to take less damage, the whole point of the original suggestions were to put Steel Cyclone on an equal or a slightly better level than Inner Beast (in 2.1) when presented with multiple targets to hit/tank. So that were not spending our stacks in almost every single tanking scenario on Inner Beast while making a lackluster ability feel useful again.
