Agreed, but with the number of trolls around, I can't help but doubt such user testimonies, although there certainly is the possibility of it being a true account but I'll reserve my judgement till there are sufficient evidence to prove itI agree Reisz, but as a past gaming rep, that's how we used to deal with these issues. Unless it's the first time, ignore the user that is trying to get something and ignore the issue completely (very politely of course). It's actually company policy.
That they would ban the person submitting the request is absolutely plausible to me: especially if the rep in question was having a bad day. I understand the Reddit poster could be lying, but it just kinda rubs me the wrong way after reading all those posts.
