Pretty sure he meant the time until the effect takes place and not the cooldown time. From when you press the button to when the target is actually healed. Which is delayed MORE than other skills, I agree with him. In fact, almost half the time Benediction goes off (and shows on the hotkey that it's on cooldown too) the animation plays on the target, but guess what? It's dead ! .....

Guess we'll have to use it as not-so-ohshit-button lol. By perhaps, moving our oh-shit treshold a bit up. :P
