    With instant abilities, you have to wait until your current global cool down is over half finished before it will fire. So, if you're trying to weave, you have to pause after every CD ability before hitting the instant. Annoying, I agree.

    Regardless, Button smashing is fuuuuuuuuuuun!!! (plus u can shave off a hundred miliseconds or so, maybe a couple ;P)

    The point he was trying to get across is that some oGCD abilities have way too long animations. And the ability going on CD and not giving you the effect is complete BS.

    Plus on top of this you gotta ofc add overall delay in the game, anyway.

    Ok I correct myself, not him himself, but overall :P His post was just funny. And abilities take long to go off due to animation + (yes, again) delay.
