    Skill speed has no effect on your auto attack speed. GL has an increase on both skill speed(GCD) as well as auto-attack speed(the delay on auto-attacks for your weapon). Skill speed only affects the former.

    It would be great if we can get TP regen materia from melding primal weapons.
