My kids were browsing around the web today, and suddenly I heard some quite familiar chocobo music... Wonder if SE is affiliated with this or if they are using their music without permission?

LOL ya that's is some Choco music with some extra bell sound. They need to be sued by SE!

Edit take a few secs to get to it. Doesn't look like a game a kid should play either one of those anime sex games .

Yup- It's a rip. I wanna say it's swing de chocobo with extra bell sounds (to make it sound christmas-y) and what not. It even has chocobo sound effects.

I wonder if big name companies even bother with stuff like this?

I Hear the chocobo music all the time in arcades at seaside resorts, usually coming from the machines designed to grab all your cash.

Guess whoever rigs the machines with these kinds of songs figures no one will ever notice.

Guess the good thing is, the music is kind of catchy ... was not expecting it off a kids dress up game, but still... it kind of caught me as I was riding my choco at the same time and then I got the holiday jingles on top of it in the background

This is a pretty obscure sight it would seem. I doubt SE will sic the big dogs after them, but this isn't about FFXIV so I can expect this thread will be closed soon enough.
Interesting side note: When I worked at Michaels they named the new Intranet database search "Moogle", they managed to rip off two companies at once
