Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. Mobile game with gacha-style unit lottery. Mostly sprite-based art, but a few playable units have CG cutscenes associated with their Limit Breaks like this one. This particular character is Charlotte, a minor, but popular character with unresolved sexual tension with one of the lead characters, Lasswell. She's one of the few female tank units in the game. This particular cutscene comes from a Charlotte variant not yet released in the Global version of Brave Exvius, and is currently only available in the Japanese version. She'll be hitting Global in a few months, most likely.
