I believe the first few seconds with the girls in kimonos (is that the right word?) is Hanayamata. While the rest is Carnival Phantasm. Carnival Phantasm is a show with characters from Fate/Zero. Not seen it myself but I got it on my to-watch-list.

I've never watched Fate/Zero, but I've seen gifs and videos of mash-ups with Fate/Zero character. I guess those only could have been Carnival Phantasm (which I also haven't seen). I literally got most of the .gifs in my gif post from an AMV called AMV SATURDAY ANIME NIGHT (all-cap title).
