Cast Adlo a few times to fish for a crit (~7 seconds)
Preplace Shadowflare: ~3 seconds
Use E4E and Spread Adlo: 2 seconds
Pot: 1 second
Precast Bio II: 2 seconds

16+ Seconds is pretty nice for me.
