It;s not Super Sentai. It's a different toku franchise called Kamen Rider (At least the first one is.)

Thanks, yeah they're all from google reverse image searching from Kamen Rider Wizard. Shunya Shiraishi looks like someone else but I can't figure out who I'm confusing him for.

ETA: I'm so dumb I'm confusing the actor for his character. No s#it he looks like the character he played. Apparently I've done this same google search before.

Yep the gif is from Kamen Rider Wizard and the 3rd gif is from the movie cross over between Wizard and Fourze.

I suggest watching Fourze 1st before watching the Kamen Rider Wizard and Fourze crossover movie since the movie was mostly a epilogue movie showing what the characters of Kamen Rider Fourze are doing with their life after they graduated from High School. Other side lore the crossover movie provides is that it confirms Kamen Rider Wizard and Kamen Rider Fourze TV series events were happening on the same time frame.
(PS I find the Ryusei and Tomoko shipping nice even though it took them until this cross-over movie to make it offical)
