Story Quest "With a Little Elbow Grease" Bug

I am unable to accept the quest "With a little elbow grease" from the NPC Eaduuard. Anyone else ever have this problem?

Myself and at least 3 other folks also on Leviathan are having the same problem. Eaduuard has the quest icon but will not interact to give the quest. Tried doing all the new 35 quests that popped up and it still doesn't work.

Jeez, well I hope they resolve this issue. At least I'm not the only one with this problem! Let me know if you ever find a fix for it!

Steps:
Tried to accept next story line quest "With a little elbow grease" but NPC does not respond. Finished all level 35 quests in area but that did not help.
