keeps crashing at binding coil of bahamut turn 4

hello,
I keep crashing at turn 4, which resulted in me being kicked from many groups, only cleared it once but I crashed as soon I cleared it. but other times, I always crash before I can even do anything, from entering the coil to starting the fight to mid fight I always crash.
