Steps:
1. Completed hunting log for immortal flames grand company
2. Received achievement Bump on a Log: Immortal Flames for which I should receive a Mammet minion #003U (11/16/2013)
3. did not receive as evidence by my inventory (including retainers) and no immortal flames mammet minion is shown on my character under minion tab in game
4. Also, as a last resort I tried talking to NPC Jonathas in Apkallu Falls, Old Gridania (X10, Y6) but nothing happened.
