Yup- It's a rip. I wanna say it's swing de chocobo with extra bell sounds (to make it sound christmas-y) and what not. It even has chocobo sound effects.

I wonder if big name companies even bother with stuff like this?

It sounds exactly like Ukulele De Chocobo if they made it christmas like, I know this cause FFIX is one of my favorite FF games.
