Can't find consistent answer

I've seen many people post about it but I have been unable to find a consistent answer on this. What does 30 MND equal for a SCH? My main is SMN and i unlocked SCH for the lulz and actually found myself enjoying it a lot. However, I do not know if I want to change my stats from INT to MND unless it's going to give me a HUGE boost. So can anyone out there give me an actual answer, what does 30 MND equal to?

At 50 in full darklight and relic +1 those 30 mnd equate to roughly 56 hp per physic on average. Biggest hit would be to Ado though where it would make over a 100 hp difference on a crit shield + 60ish on the initial cure. For coil the extra hp per cast can make the difference between healing through spike damage and not. can check various scenarios hereValk's Healing calculator

Keep in mind that regardless of actual stat weight, the difference between 30 MND vs 30 INT is like the difference between wearing accessories or not. So if anyone says gear "makes up for" missing 30 points, that's garbage.

I wish they would change it so both jobs don't share the same, totally agree though!!
