Max yield: Blessed Harvest II, Field Mastery II
Max chance at HQ: Leaf Turn II, Toil (or Ageless), end with Brunt Force
Max guaranteed HQ: Toil, Ageless (or just 2x Ageless), Brunt Force when available

Personally, I do #1 because I need quantity over quality.

I was reading somewhere that "a good crafter can HQ with NQ ingredients" so that made me realize maybe I should be going for max yield, not HQ. Thanks for your input. : )

Its a very true statement when you figure out Inner Quiet+Standard Touch combo with crafting.

Most of the unspoiled stuff is one star and I can say I would rather have more than better when trying to pound out HQ. There has been enough 70%-98% NQ trash and enough 15%-25% HQ flukes to say it's either 100% or pure chance. Considering most are in the 1-99% pure chance group even with HQ material, it's better to just have more mats to throw away.
