    "An Augury of Innocence" quest is bugged

    Details: The quest "An Augury of Innocence" from the NPC Jeantremont is bugged. When you try to talk to Jeantremont to get the quest the window will not appear so you won't be able to access the quest.

    Internet: My ISP is Optimum Online and I have their cable internet connection. The speed of my internet is 15 mbps download and 2 mbps upload, this was recorded by speedtest.

    Date & Time: The quest has been bugged since I logged in at 1:00PM till 6:55PM EST(present) on November 25, 2013.

    Frequency: This issue has been persisting all day.

    Character: I'm experiencing this bug on Bernon Jehantel on the server Ultros. My character is an Elezen M and I was playing as a level 40 Black Mage.

    Location: This quest has been bugged on the server Ultros at Whitebrim Front in Coerthas Central Highlands. The coordinates for the quest giver, Jeantremont, are X:12, Y:15.

    Party or Solo: Solo

    Monster Name: The name of the NPC is Jeantremont.

    In-Game Time:
    • Server Time: 11: 55PM
    • Local Time: 6: 55PM EST

    Steps: I was collecting quests when this issue occured. You just can't talk to Jeantremont when right clicking him. The quest window to accept the quest will now appear. It's an issue that is not allowing me to progress through the game.

    I wanted to note that I submitted this bug using the in-game support desk but I'm unable to see any of the past tickets I submitted to you guys. I have no idea how to check them since it's always reporting as, "Retrieving information..." which goes on forever never displaying my history.
