    Another Epic Tale of SE's Customer Service

    So I submitted a ticket 2 week ago to get an item restored. I still hadn't heard anything from a GM, so I went ahead and submitted yet another ticket. About 30min later I get an automated response saying, "We're sorry you've experienced player harassment..." Really? That's not even in the same ballpark. I've heard of some horror stories, and I'm not saying this is one of them yet, but this is insane.

    And yes, I was under the topic About In-Game Support when I submitted both tickets.

    Its not just SE, Customer Service, its everywhere.
    Cell phone companies, online shopping sites you name it!

    I sent a request to SE's customer service noting that everytime you try to remove
    "Automatic Renewal" it says its been done, then automatically sets your account BACK
    to Automatic Renewal. Now I'm pretty sure this won't cause your accounts to go in the negative,
    don't quote me on that though. But pretty much, if you have the money to resubscribe, they WANT IT
    YOU HAVE NO SAY IN SUCH MATTERS LOL.....

    Yeah... they never responded to me either.
