So I submitted a ticket 2 week ago to get an item restored. I still hadn't heard anything from a GM, so I went ahead and submitted yet another ticket. About 30min later I get an automated response saying, "We're sorry you've experienced player harassment..." Really? That's not even in the same ballpark. I've heard of some horror stories, and I'm not saying this is one of them yet, but this is insane.

And yes, I was under the topic About In-Game Support when I submitted both tickets.
