Don't see the mobs or the players moving (Ps3 only problem?)

Don't see the mobs or the players moving (Ps3 only problem?)
So when I was leveling my Whm in dungeon, I noticed that sometime a player just stopped moving on my screen while he was fighting a monster far away.. The problem is that I needed to target the immobile target while being in the range of where he is supposed to be.. And because you need to move in a Dungeon the target was always too far away and I need to cast ''Return'' to reload the dungeon so I can see the real target once again. Now my whm is lv50 and it's still happening to be in WP or AK.

Now I'm leveling PLD.. The same thing is happening but instead of being a player, it's a mob which make it almost impossible to target and attack.

Am I the only user that experience this kind of issue? Any PC players had this issue?

(sorry if I write badly, English is not my 1st language)

I've seen this happen with my PS3 (I play on PC, but the old ball and chain plays on console). It's not so much a latency issue as it is a rendering issue. I started to really notice the freezing (but you can see cast bars and enemies being hit) on other players right before the PS3 went to YLOD heaven. 40 bucks and an hour later, the YLOD was fixed, the board reflowed, and everything as it should. If your PS3 is showing this behavior and sounds like a warming up airplane (fan is ALL the way on), your GPU may be failing on your PS3 (board gets hot, crappy heat distribution, GPU starts to desolder from the board, rendering/graphical issues persist until full desolder which results in YLOD)

I'm on PS3 and particularly have problems in Wanderer's Palace with party members failing to appear on screen. It's a launch PS3 and fan runs pretty constantly while playing, but it's done this for years.

How hard does it run though? Does it sound like a jet about to take off? How much heat does the PS3 give off? Enough to be concerned? It's been my findings that the PS3 just won't want to render if it's being pushed too hard or there is too much going on. Soldering issue between the GPU and PCB seems to be the likely culprit (hi non lead solder). The hotter it gets, the more pliable the joints become. When it cools, the solder reforms and becomes brittle. Over enough time, the solder breaks and leaves issues like this.

You can try to reflow the board and see if you notice a performance increase. There are people that reflow themselves, but it's messy and cooking a PCB in the same oven as your dinner can't be good for you. Last I checked, a reflow of a PS3 runs about 40 bucks on Craigslist.
