We had a thread about this before... I'm quite suprised SE didn't add a bulge slider when they made the bust slider, but like someone said in the other thread "who would ever have it on anything other than the largest?"

Dunno about bulges, but in the sense of butts they actually reduced it on everything simply to make it easier to model gear ontop of (I.E reduce clipping), instead of using a parametric mesh deformer which is a shame.
