Female characters have the opposite problem. In the Vintage Coatee, a crafting piece, my Highlander Hyur with somewhere between 10-15 bust size suddenly has a double D rack, complete with gratuitous bouncing.

This is why I'm never converting this piece, even when all my crafters are 50, as well as the level 38 garterbelt. Crafting gear can be pretty risque.
