You might be correct in the optimal setup (with manasong), but I didn't want to be spamming too many Holies actually as we didn't have that benefit.
Anyhoos I had no issues healing the tank without dropping a regen on him first, and under 12 mins is fast enough for me ^_^.
My main problem in the past when I tried to heal tank first, as many here suggest, is after I used Seal + Cure II/ Regen the tank starts taking so much damage I don't feel comfortable switching to Cleric and Swiftcasting Holy (which still takes a couple of secs due to animation), so in the end I usually only got one or two Holy casts off after a few mobs had died, which negates its effectiveness. I'm sure part of the problem is that my WHM isn't that geared.

Tanks often pop defensive cooldowns during the beginning of pulls which can make it easier to get them topped off so you can transition into Cleric Stance.

It's easy to get locked into healing if the mobs dont die fast enough, because you and the tank run out of cooldowns and the damage is still the same.

This has done me well: Top off tank - Renew tank - top off tank - Cleric Stance - Holy - Holy - Swiftcast Holy - Uncleric Stance - SoS if needed - Cure2 spam.

I have cleared wp in sub 10 mins. I always run tank (w/e is fine), bard, blm, me the whm. bard uses movement song during pullz, mana song during dps, foe req during bosses. Tank does the pull, when he posts for dps to start, he should pop his increased heal and ramparts at the start, the whm uses divine seal prior to the post, casts cure 2 once or twice (w/e gets tank topped, should take once) then regen (regen is enough to keep tank healed while you dps) then you cleric stance holy 3 times and swift cast the 4th (is what I do, tho you can swift cast holy the first then cast 3 holy's w/e you prefer...swift the first holy gets mobs stunned sooner which helps reduce dmg intake, lesser geared you should only do 3 total holy's since the 4th can pull hate etc off your tank), pop out of cleric and spam cure 2's, stone skin before next pull, rinse repeat the rest of the dung. Youll sleep pull 2 after the ton dies, during bosses I divine seal regen then dps the entire boss only popping out of cleric to spot heal if needed. Final pull blm will use limit break, final boss I solo ton's with a single holy since foe req is up, all dps stays on boss, I only pop out of cleric to top tank off after the grudges etc. 6 pull the entire dungeon. (1 pull/kill then 1 pull solo kill/sleep then boss, 1 pull/kill then 1 pull/kill then 1 pull/kite then boss, 1 pull/kill then boss.

Thank you so much for all these great advices.
After reading some (and loosing my fear to actually use holy during SRs), I decrease my avarage run time to 13-14 min.
