Yes, you have to press the button as many times as abilities you have in that macro. In that case, you have to hit it 3 times, so you are correct.

You can put /wait in between, that is what I do, if you don't want to press the button many times.

/wait 0.5 will be enough to trigger the next ability automatically.

Very good answer. The only thing I would like to add is the why to this. For each skill that you perform your character is put into an animation lock that must finish before you can take the next action.

From everything I have read, I was not able to find an official answer. The general consensus is that you can set the /wait command in .5 second intervals.

Did my own personal test. For what I observed there looks to be rounding. /wait .5 and wait 1.4 look to return in the same amount of time.
