    Yeah... I think I might have to parse it tomorrow and see how accurate that is. I looked up the math for that and literally all they are doing is going [Total Block Rate = 10% + (Shield Block Rate/100)%] and same for block strength. I'm curious if that is real math or just speculation. Also, if they add anything for Dex and Str (i'm not sure if they add anything substantial to block though in reality)

    Sure thing. I'll try to do some testing this week once the initial rush of new content is over. I trust that BG knows what they're talking about but there really is very little done on the subject (never needed to be) and I am really curious now if Onion or Allagan shield is better for blocked mitigation with and without all the STR that comes with full i90 left (should happen next monday).
