I have seen 2 dps with lv30 grand company weapon doing WP... took an hour to reach second boss before they rage quit themselves. Than we finished the second boss and last boss in 5 mins after the replacement dps...

Wearing bad gear is never an excuse. This game has such a terrible economy, and easy methods to acquire gear.
